Beginning today, we're introducing several changes to make our paper more interesting and easier to read. For starters, we're launching a series of new lifestyle features with the debut of Your Health, a weekly page that tells you what you need to know to keep your mind and body operating. Every Monday, Holly Lake looks at the latest research and discoveries in the fields of health and wellness -- what works and what doesn't.

Tomorrow, Ann Marie McQueen kicks off Trends, our weekly take on pop culture, from cool celebrities to hot cocktails. On Wednesdays we've got two treats: Eat, with Sally Johnston dishing out the latest food fads and recipes and Discovery, with the latest from the world of science, innovation and technology.

On Thursdays, we open The Sex Files, for readers who want the nitty-gritty on love, dating, relationships, sex and singledom. And for those who want the inside story on the newest tech toys to hit the market, we've got Gadgets. Every Friday Andre Boily plugs into everything from MP3 players to game consoles, hot off the shelf.

The look of our paper is changing as well. The type is larger and easier to read. And of course, you've already seen our clean, new front-page design and logo, which gives Sun Media newspapers a consistent look across the country.

Although the design changes we have made here and in other Sun Media papers today are about creating a chain identity, we remain first and foremost committed to local news and reflecting our community.
