TORONTO, Sept. 15 /CNW/ - Canada Cartage Diversified Income Fund (the"Fund") (TSX: TRK.UN), today declared a cash distribution of $0.0833 per unitfor the month of September, 2006. The cash distribution will be paid onOctober 13, 2006 to unitholders of record at the close of business onSeptember 29, 2006. This cash distribution covers the period from September 1,2006 to September 30, 2006. The Fund intends to make monthly cash distributions to unitholders ofrecord on the last business day of each month, payable on or about the 15thday of the following month. Unitholders who are non-residents of Canada will be required to pay allwithholding taxes payable in respect of any distributions by the Fund, whethersuch distributions are in the form of cash or additional units.
